The process for manufacturing logo mats has changed dramatically in the last ten years.
Graphic Inlay; whereby each element is handmade and precisely cut from solution dyed nylon. The mats are impervious to bleaching and colour loss and are guaranteed for five years against colour loss or distortion. Because graphic inlay mats are handmade, the designs are more limited than ‘modern’ jet printed mats.

Our logo mats are manufactured using durable nitrile rubber backing. Rubber backing thickness is 1.3 mm for standard logo mats and 2.5mm for 'well' mats (mats that sit in a well). Overall mat depth = 12mm-14mm approx..
